We currently ship to Portugal (Mainland & Islands).
Here’s how it works:
Portugal (Mainland)
- Shipped with CTT
- Arrives in 3-4 business days
- Shipping cost: 5,50€
Portugal (Islands)
- Shipped with CTT
- Arrives in 10-11 business days
- Shipping cost: 14€
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Order & Tracking Info
Once you place your order and complete payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or hit us up at general@velley.store.
We’ll pack your order with love and hand it over to the carrier. As soon as it’s shipped, you’ll get an email and a whatsapp message with your tracking number so you can stalk your package all the way to your door.
Shipping Delays
We’re not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier (we wish we could speed things up, but it’s out of our hands!). Also, during sales or promotional periods, shipping might take a little longer—thanks for your patience!
Customs & Duties
If your order gets stopped at customs, any extra fees (for shipping or returns) are on you—we can’t take responsibility for them.
